SUWANEE — Noble Village at Sugarloaf will host a program that gives an overview of Medicare and Medicaid insurance at 2 p.m. Tuesday in its theater.
The free event is open to the public. Activities Director Karen Foster said GeorgiaCares will explain laws and regulations and answer questions about the insurance. GeorgiaCares is a private-public partnership administered by the Georgia Department of Human Services Division of Aging Services. The volunteer-based program provides information and assistance to Medicare beneficiaries and their caregivers. “It’s just a service that we’re offering to our residents, and we thought it would be nice to open it to the community,” Foster said. Noble Village, an active senior living community, is located at 1220 Satellite Blvd., in Suwanee. For more information or directions to Noble Village, call 770-232-3008.
