Ellen Coles Davis and James Rould West were married Oct. 30 in Santa Rosa Beach, Fla. The Rev. Mark DeVries officiated the ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Tommy and Sally Davis of Nashville, Tenn. She is a 2008 graduate of the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, where she received a bachelor’s degree in nursing. She is pursuing a master’s degree in nursing from Vanderbilt University.

The groom is the son of Jim and Donna West of Snellville. He is a 2004 graduate of Furman University, where he received a bachelor’s degree in history, and a 2006 graduate of Georgia State University, where he received a master’s degree in criminal justice.

Sara Lewis of Houston served as the bride’s matron of honor.

Bridesmaids were Rebecca Davis of New York, N.Y., Lacey West Guthrie of Huntsville, Ala., Carey Beth Ryan of Arlington, Va., Leah Nelson of Decatur, Rebecca Dewey of Charlottesville, Molly White and Lauren Powell, both of Nashville.

Jim West, the groom’s father, served as the best man.

Groomsmen were Jesse Guthrie of Huntsville, Ala., Ben Davis of New York, James Granberry of Nashville, Mark Curtis, of Atlanta, Buck Pennington, of Birmingham, Ala., and Justin Kreig of Columbus.

After a honeymoon in Hawaii, the couple resides in Nashville.
