The Panthers beat Florida Christian (Miami, Fla.) 8-0 Friday in the Georgia-Florida Challenge at Lowdnes County High School. Jesse Foster (1-0) pitched six innings of two-hit ball to get the win. He struck out four. Zach Reinstein drove in four runs with two hits for Parkview (2-1).
Jeff Ronpirin was 1-for-1 with two RBIs.

SUWANEE — Morgan Owenbey pitched six shutout innings of one-hit ball to lead Collins Hill to a 5-0 win over Colquitt County on Friday.
Owenbey (1-1) struck out nine batters for the Eagles (1-3). Conner Shovelski went 2-for-4 with two RBIs. Jimmy Shea was 2-for-2.
Mountain View 13, Archer 0
LAWRENCEVILLE — Mountain View’s early season roll continued Friday when the Bears scored eight runs in the seventh inning to beat Archer 13-0.
Mountain View (5-0) has outscored its opponents 54-2 to start the season. The Bears pounded out 14 hits. Ryan Gibbs had four of them, while Alex Brock had three hits and Tyler Bethune had two.
Wesleyan 10, South Gwinnett 4
NORCROSS — Drew Winder hit a two-run homer to lead Wesleyan to a 10-4 win over South Gwinnett on Friday. Winder finished with two hits, two runs, and two RBIs for the Wolves (4-1). Jamie Stark added three hits and two RBIs, while Mason Colquitt pounded out a pair of hits.
Will Anderson (1-0) was the winning pitcher. He allowed one run in four innings and struck out seven.
Jordan Ramey hit a two-run homer for the Comets.
North 10, Grayson 2
SUWANEE — Zach Nolan and Adrian Stewart each hit home runs as North Gwinnett beat Grayson 10-2 Friday. Nolan drove in two runs with his third homer of the season and added another RBI for the Bulldogs (3-1).
Stewart’s solo shot was his first homer this year. Cole Willoughby (2-for-3) drove in two runs, while Seth Bancroft added two hits. Connor Jenkins had an RBI double.
Jordan Brown (2-0) allowed two earned runs in six innings to get the win. He struck out two and allowed 10 hits.
The Rams had 12 hits total. Kyle Streicher led off the game with a home run.
Meadowcreek 7, Osborne 4
NORCROSS — Juan Rubio pitched a complete game and had two hits to lead Meadowcreek to a 7-4 win over Osborne on Friday.
Rubio (1-2) allowed four runs off five hits, while striking out three for the Mustangs (2-4). He went 2-for-3 with a double and a triple at the plate. Reymond Ventura and Chris Custodio each added doubles.
GAC 7, Berkmar 2
NORCROSS — Greater Atlanta Christian knocked off Berkmar 7-2 Friday. Winning pitcher Patrick Stone (2-0) allowed two runs and one hit in four innings. Patrick Schultz drove in a run, while DaSean Daniels reached base three times for the Spartans (4-1).
Duluth 4, Kell 3
KENNESAW — Duluth held off Kell 4-3 Friday. Patrick Riley (1-0) picked up the win in relief of Chris Rick.
Riley allowed two hits and no runs in 21⁄3 innings.
Rick gave up three runs, two earned, in 32⁄3 innings to go with six strikeouts. John Clark pitched a scoreless seventh inning for his first save.
Zack Erwin drove in two runs with two hits, while Jacob Timmie had two hits and an RBI.
Brookwood splits at LaGrange tournament
LaGRANGE — Brookwood split its two Friday games at the LaGrange Invitational tournament. The Broncos (1-2) beat Northside-Columbus 7-1 and lost to Spanish Fort (Ala.) 6-5.
Brandon Agar (1-0) was dominant on the mound in Game 1. He fanned 13 in six innings and allowed one hit and one run to get the win. Trey Hagey (2-for-4, three RBIs) and Tremayne Toorie (1-for-3) each hit homers. Zac Rinehart drove in two runs.
In Game 2, Rinehart drove in three runs in the loss. Jacob Beauchamp added two RBIs. Luke Sims (0-1) was the losing pitcher. He allowed five runs, two earned, in five innings to go with his seven strikeouts.
Killian Hill 15, Mountain Area 0
LILBURN — Killian Hill pounded out 17 hits in a 15-0 rout of Mountain Area on Friday. The game was called after three innings because of the run rule.
Alex Attebery pitched all three innings, allowing one hit and struck out six to get the win. He also went 3-for-3 with three RBIs for the Cougars (5-0). Kyle Bailey went 2-for-3 with a homer and two RBIs. Austin Parks, J.R. Henson and Adam Maeland each went 2-for-2 with two RBIs.

SUGAR HILL — Lanier lost its third straight to start 2011 falling to Stephens County 15-0 Friday. T.J. Richardson had two hits for the Longhorns (0-3, 0-2). Austin Wood was 1-for-2.

LOGANVILLE — Grayson shut out Peachtree Ridge in the shootout to beat the Lions 2-1 Friday.
Goalie Molly Williams led the Rams (6-1-1) to the 3-0 win in the shootout. Madison Hamilton scored the goal in regulation.
