LETTERS: Sheen's situation is not amusing

I take issue with Nate McCullough’s column (“Charlie and the Crazy Factory,” March 4, Page 6A) on Charlie Sheen. There is nothing entertaining about this.

His TV show has long since gone over the top in its treatment of the subject of sex, and seeing him disintegrate through drug abuse and sexual debauchery is not entertaining to watch. Sad, pathetic, embarrassing and disgusting are more appropriate adjectives.

The media over-saturation equates to no more than tabloid journalism. With better than 99.9999 percent of the topics available to us being more important than this, can we move on?
