Sarah Elizabeth Dodd, age 85, of Buford, passed away Thursday, March 03, 2011 following an extended illness. Funeral service will be held at 2 PM on Saturday, March 5, 2011 at Hamilton Mill Memorial Chapel. The interment will follow at Broadlawn Memorial Gardens. Rev. Farrell Presley will officiate. The family will receive friends on Friday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM. Elizabeth is proceeded in death by her Husband, Charles Dodd; Son, Johnny House, Son and Daughter In-Law, Jimmy and Carol House; and Grandchildren, Lena Wills and Christie Barfield. She is survived by Daughter and Son In-Law, Janey and Larry Cooper, Buford; Son and Daughter In-Law, Billy and Wanda House, Buford; Grandchildren, Jeff House, Chris House, Greg Wills, Johnathan House, Jason House, Stephen House, and Emily Aceuto; 9 Great Grandchildren; 2 Great Great Grandchildren; Sister, Gladys Winn, Ocala, Fl; Several Nieces, Nephews, and Cousins. Elizabeth was a lifelong resident of the Metro Atlanta area. She had retired from Eckerd's Drug Store where she worked as a Customer Service Representative.
