Auburn native Drew Czuchry, who played as a freshman at Akron, has transferred into the Georgia Tech men’s golf program.
Czuchry, who was home-schooled in high school, played in six tournaments for Akron and had a team-best 73.94 stroke average over 17 rounds. He tied for 17th at the Mason Rudolph Championship at 1-under and tied for 11th at the D.A. Weibring Intercollegiate at 8-over. He will have three years of eligibility with the Yellow Jackets.More like this story
