Former Central Gwinnett basketball player Jordan Adams committed to UCLA over the weekend.
Adams played two years at Central, leading the Black Knights to the Class AAAAA Final Four in 2010. Adams transferred to national power Oak Hill Academy (Va.) last year and the team went 29-3 and was ranked No. 4 in the nation.
Adams was the team's second leading scorer with 16.9 points a game and led the team in rebounds (6.8) and steals (2.6). The 6-foot-5, 200-pound senior chose UCLA over Memphis, Miami and Georgia.
