Bank of North Georgia announced this week that the Hamilton Mill Athens First Bank & Trust will become a branch of Bank of North Georgia effective Monday.
According to Bill Douglas, president, CEO and chairman of the AFB&T board, "by combining resources with Bank of North Georgia, AFB&T customers will now have access to 41 locations throughout metro Atlanta, including three other branches in Gwinnett County."
Locals are invited to visit the Hamilton Mill branch during Customer Appreciation Month from June 27 to July 30.
In addition, the Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce has scheduled a ribbon cutting ceremony for 9 a.m. Aug. 3 at the location.
