Gwinnett Daily Post
Mike Graus is the first Gwinnett Brave headed to Salt Lake City.
The long-time trainer was named to the International League’s medical staff for the Class AAA All-Star game this year hosted by the Los Angeles Angels affiliate Bees of the Pacific Coast League. The game will be held July 13. “I was honored,” Graus said. Graus is in his sixth season as trainer of the AAA Braves club and 19th with the Braves organization. “I don’t know if it’s just luck of the draw or attrition,” he said facetiously. “But it’s a nice honor.” This is Graus’ first time serving during an All-Star game. Voting for the Class AAA All-Star game is still under way and people can vote at www.milb.com.More like this story
