LAWRENCEVILLE — Classic cars will find a new home at Gwinnett Medical Center this weekend, as the hospital’s Lawrenceville campus hosts an event to benefit the American Cancer Society.
A car and motorcycle show will be hosted Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the GMC Resource Center parking lot at 665 Duluth Highway in Lawrenceville. Hosted by the GMC engineering Relay for Life team, 100 percent of the proceeds will benefit Gwinnett Relay for Life.
Gwinnett Medical engineering tech Mitchell Hart, who lost his grandmother and father to cancer, coordinated the event.

Registration is $25 for all cars, bikes and vendors. All classes of cars and motorcycles are accepted, and trophies will be awarded for best in show and best in each individual class.
Admission is free for all spectators.
