ROSWELL -- Authorities say three people were pulled from the Chattahoochee River near Roswell as they clung to a tree in the middle of the river.
WXIA-TV reports that the people became trapped on the river Monday night and held onto the tree near Jones Bridge Park to stay above water.
Authorities say they were rescued by the Gwinnett County Swift Water Rescue team shortly before 8 p.m. Monday.
