LAWRENCEVILLE -- A limo ride, club-level seats and season tickets are just some of the perks the Gwinnett Braves plan to bestow to the 1 millionth fan to enter Coolray Field.
The G-Braves entered Friday's game with a total attendance of 984,021 since opening in 2009 and plan to exceed the 1 million mark before the team hits the road Friday. Whenever fan No. 1,000,000 crosses into the stadium, the celebration will be expansive.
Included in the rewards are two Sun Trust Club tickets and a limousine ride to an Atlanta Braves game, a pair of season tickets for the remainder of 2011 and all of the 2012 G-Braves seasons, free parking at Coolray Field through next season and a suite upgrade for the game the millionth fan attends. The fan will also receive a personalized G-Braves jersey, an autographed bat, $100 in G-Braves Bucks and a commemorative plaque on the wall of history at Coolray Field.
