LILBURN -- Investigators have charged a Lilburn teenager in a fatal shooting at his apartment complex last month.
Gwinnett police detectives on Wednesday arrested Brandon Mosley, 18, on charges of felony murder and aggravated assault.
Mosley is accused of gunning down 19-year-old Angelo Larocca the afternoon of June 28 at The Columns at Paxton Lane apartments, near the intersection of U.S. Highway 78 and Killian Hill Road.
Jail records list Mosley as a resident of the apartment complex where the Loganville resident was found dead by an off-duty Gwinnett cop working as a courtesy officer. Witnesses reported hearing two or three gunshots just prior to the officer discovering Larocca's body in a breezeway.
Police declined to shed light on a possible motive Wednesday.
At the scene, police said Larocca had arrived at the complex with three friends in a Honda.
