DULUTH -- Alicia Krogh, the Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce's senior director of board relations and programs, recently graduated from the Institute for Organizational Management, a leadership training program produced by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.
For nearly a century, Chambers of Commerce and associations have used this program as a training platform for the professional development of top talent.
The Institute's curriculum consists of four weeklong sessions at five different universities throughout the country. Each week, participants receive training in leadership, advocacy, finance, membership, emerging technologies and other organization management competencies.
