A day after a 35-point showing in a U.S. victory, Norcross grad Jeremy Lamb scored 25 more Wednesday, but it wasn't enough as the Americans' Under-19 World Championship Team lost to Croatia, 87-85, in Riga, Latvia.
The U.S. still earned the No. 1 seed from Group F at the event thanks to the earlier efforts of Lamb, a rising sophomore at Connecticut. The Americans begin the medal round Friday.
