SNELLVILLE — Police this week arrested a Gwinnett man for reportedly masturbating in the aisles of a Snellville clothing retailer.
A loss prevention officer at Marshalls, a Presidential Market clothing chain, told Snellville police Thursday she witnessed the man masturbating via store surveillance cameras. “He attempted to conceal himself behind racks of clothes, but would move when other patrons approached the area he was standing in,” said Snellville police spokesman Detective Trey Downs. Police found Branko Ilic, 63, of Lawrenceville, at a nearby Shoe Carnival, where the loss prevention officer identified him, Downs said. Ilic was arrested and charged with public obscenity, a city ordinance violation. He was being held Friday at the Gwinnett County Jail on a $288 security bond.More like this story
