Nine Gwinnett County boys basketball players are among 47 seniors from Georgia that have been nominated for consideration for the McDonald’s All-American Game this spring.
Nominations from throughout the nation will eventually be pared down to 25 that will take part in the game March 30 in Chicago. The players form local high school’s selected among Georgia’s nominees are 2010 Daily Post Player of the Year Malcolm Brogdon of GAC, Rod Booker, Josiah Moore and E. Victor Nickerson of Norcross, Saah Nimley and Herdie Lawrence of Collins Hill, Thomas Higginbotham of Brookwood, Cameron Neysmith of Parkview and Ryon Riggins of North Gwinnett.More like this story
