The Squirt AA Junior Thrashers hockey team won the 11th annual Florida International Holiday Invitational Hockey Tournament at Germain Arena in Fort Myers, Fla.
Team members are Connor Mitchell, Peter Klueber, Jack Dolan, Ryan Tobin, Tino Passarelli, Quinn Fahey, Grant Mitchell, Matthew Frick, Cole Thomas Johnson, Ryan Holly, Mathew Reymond, Jared Darrow, Matthew Connelly and Micheal Khudenko. The team is coached by Pat Fahey, Chris Dolan and Owen Connelly GYMNASTICS GGA Suwanee has strong showing at invite Georgia Gymnastics Academy Suwanee men’s team competed at the third Cobb Men’s Optional Invite on Dec. 19. In the Level 8 competition, Logan Ouellette placed fifth All Around, which included a second on the vault and a third on floor. In the Level 9 competition, Christian Smith placed second in the All Around with first-place finishes on the floor and pommel horse. Andrew Bitner placed third in the All Around with a first on the vault and second on the still rings. Ryu Kawamura placed sixth All Around, including a third on pommel horse. Aaron Mott placed 10th All Around that, whichi included a second-place finish on the high bar. In the Level 10 Competition, Alex Cook placed sixth All Around, which included a third-place finish on the vault.
