North Gwinnett will honor four senior girls who have signed with college soccer programs with a party Tuesday at 6 p.m. at the high school.
The group includes Abbi Edwards, a Valdosta State signee who has started for four seasons in the central midfield. She is the daughter of Steve and Denise Edwards. Teammate Maggie Grayson, also a four-year starter in midfield and defense, has signed with The College of St. Rose in Albany, N.Y. She is the daughter of Tina and Robert Grayson. Kristin Tamburo has signed with Georgia State after four years of starting in North’s defense. She is the daughter of John and Terry Tamburo. Abigail Groth, also a four-year starter in the defense, has signed with Utah. She is the daughter of Paul Groth and Michael and Andrea Sebastian.More like this story
