Courtney Eck and Adam Wade
Pat Eck of Woodstock announces the engagement of her daughter, Courtney Eck of Smyrna, to Adam Wade of Smyrna, son of Dan and Carol Wade of Grayson.
The bride-elect is the daughter of the late Larry Eck and the granddaughter of Dora Eck of Pana, Ill., the late Paul Eck and the late Bud and Peggy Mann. She is a graduate of Dacula High School and a summa cum laude graduate of Piedmont College, where she received a bachelor’s degree in business administration. She is employed with Tribune Co. as a national account planner. The future groom is the grandson of Verna Hassler of Lawrenceville, the late Ben Hassler, and the late Horace and Catherine Wade. He is a graduate of South Gwinnett High School and Georgia State University, where he received a bachelor’s degree in business administration. He is employed with Gwinnett County Fire Services as a firefighter and EMT. The wedding is planned for May 7 in Destin, Fla.More like this story
