Middle Tennessee State has hired Parkview grad Buster Faulkner as its new quarterbacks coach and passing game coordinator.
Faulkner, a three-year starting QB at Parkview from 1997 to 1999, spent the 2010 season as offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach at Murray State. His Murray State offense broke 27 school records last season and led FCS teams in total plays, pass completions and completion percentage. The 29-year-old also has worked at Central Arkansas and Valdosta State as quarterbacks coach and was an offensive graduate assistant at Georgia.More like this story
