SUWANEE — The Gwinnett County Board of Education will honor several schools at its meeting Thursday evening.
The board will recognize the 30 schools that earned the 2010 Single Statewide Accountability System Award, as well as the schools named Georgia Title I Distinguished Schools.
The board will also be asked to adopt revisions to three policies.

The policies — which address fiscal management goals, the annual operating budget and summer school — were tabled for review at the board’s January meeting.
The three policies have been revised to align with improvements in district processes, according to the meeting’s agenda.
