Police find burglary suspects napping in home
GAINESVILLE -- Police responding to a call found two suspects napping at the Gainesville home they are accused of burglarizing.
Hall County Sheriff's Sgt. Stephen Wilbanks said a family member of the property owner called police on Wednesday after noticing a suspicious vehicle outside the vacant home.
Wilbanks said deputies discovered 33-year-old Kenneth Dwayne Lee and 38-year-old April Lynn Morris sleeping on a bed in a back bedroom. He said items from the home had been placed near the doorway.
The two were charged with burglary and were being held in the Hall County jail without bond. Defense attorneys for the two could not immediately be identified.
