LAWRENCEVILLE -- A Duluth teenager is now in the process of being deported after being sentenced to time served for having public sex with a much older male "church mentor."
Gwinnett County solicitor Rosanna Szabo said this week that the 17-year-old boy pleaded guilty to giving police a false name and nolo contendre to a public indecency charge. He was sentenced to time served and the native of Mexico was released into the custody of immigration officials, Szabo said.
The charges stemmed from an incident on Oct. 10, when the teen and a 52-year-old man described in police reports as a "church mentor" were allegedly caught having sex in the back of a truck parked in a Duluth neighborhood still under construction.
Both men were arrested.
The older man, Jose Hernandez, was released on $125 bond the day after his arrest because he had no hold for immigration. He pleaded guilty to sex in a public place in Recorder's Court this week, Szabo said.

Time to bring our southern border under control. Obama is suing the states for doing the job he refuses to do. Let's send Obama packing.

They need to send Mr Hernandez back with him. Don't bust up the partnership here at Christmas.
