Mrs. Dahlia Phillips Titshaw, age 94, of Buford, GA passed away on Monday, December 5, 2011. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lloyd Titshaw; parents, David Cicro and Eliza Pass Phillips; and sisters and brothers, Dorothea Watherspoon, Mardel Smith, Rochelle Thomas, D.C. Phillips, Hubert Etheridge, Herbert Wallace, Hermas Etheridge, and Lewis Phillips. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Jane and Pete Benedek, Melbourne, FL; grandsons, Kris Ridgeway, Miami, FL and Jeff Ridgeway, Melbourne, FL; great granddaughter, Caitlyn Ridgeway; special nieces, Sarah Marsh, Nancy Pendley, Pam Long, Pat Connell and Juanita Spear; and several other nieces, nephews and cousins. Mrs. Titshaw was born February 18, 1917 and was a native of Gwinnett County, GA. She was a graduate of Terrell Beauty College in Gainesville, GA. She was a retired beautician. She was a member of Old Suwanee Baptist Church in Buford, GA. Funeral services will be held on Monday, December 19, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home with Rev. Tim Campbell officiating. Interment will follow at Broadlawn Memorial Gardens in Buford, GA.
