DULUTH -- A 47-year-old Auburn woman died Sunday in a single-vehicle crash on Interstate 85 near Duluth, Gwinnett police said Monday.
Jennifer Cakora was driving south in a Ford Explorer near Ga. Highway 120 about 12:30 p.m. when she lost control and struck the median wall, said Gwinnett police spokesman Detective J.R. Flanagan.
Cakora, who was ejected from the SUV, was transported from the scene and later died from her injuries at Gwinnett Medical Center, Flanagan said.
Flanagan said investigators believe speed was a factor in the accident.
