Fans of Gwinnett County high school sports now have a singular destination to catch up on the latest news from their favorite schools and favorite prep teams.
Coinciding with the kickoff of football season, the Daily Post has launched www.gwinnettprepsports.com with the intent of bringing all its high school athletics content — a longtime focus of the newspaper's sports department — to one website.
Readers can access all their favorite content in a more organized online format, with sections devoted to each high school and each sport from the fall to spring seasons. During Friday night football games, a county-wide scoreboard and updates from the Daily Post's Twitter feed (@gdpfootball) will be available on the new prep site.
Facebook users can go to www.facebook.com/gwinnettprepsports and "like" the newspaper's prep sports site to get frequent updates on Gwinnett's high school athletic happenings.
