SNELLVILLE -- A school bus carrying children from Norton Elementary School was involved in a crash Tuesday afternoon on Hwy. 78 near High Point Road.

Cpl. Jake Smith of the Gwinnett County Police Department said two students were transported to the hospital with minor injuries after the Gwinnett County Public School bus and a minivan collided at about 3:20 p.m.

Smith said the driver of the minivan also was transported with non-life threatening injuries.

It was not yet clear who would be charged in the incident. Smith said that would likely be determined by Wednesday.
