DULUTH — Hotel Equities recently named Ray Hite the general manager for Holiday Inn Gwinnett Place Area hotel in Duluth.
Hite has the responsibility of overseeing all financial and management operations of the hotel including hiring employees, meeting budget goals and representing the company in the community. Tamara Markham, vice president of operations for Hotel Equities, said Hite “brings an excellent background and a wealth of experience in management to our hotel. “Our guests and associates will benefit from his expertise as well as his genuine concern for people. The hotel will thrive under his leadership,” Markham said. With 17 years in the hospitality industry, Hite came to Hotel Equities from the Drury Hotel in Marietta, where he served as general manager.
