The Atlanta Silverbacks announced the signing Tuesday of midfielder Nico Colaluca.
The 25-year-old most recently played for Norrby IF of the Swedish second division. He made 10 appearances for the team in league and cup play, scoring two goals.
Colaluca played collegiately at the University of Virginia and was drafted in 2007 by the Colorado Rapids of Major League Soccer.
