Longtime Duluth resident Ed Schutte, the head fastpitch softball coach at Georgia Perimeter College, reached the 300-win milestone for his career last weekend in the Jaguars’ win over East Georgia College.
Schutte boosted his career record to 302-151, all amassed during his 10-year tenure at GPC. He has earned region coach of the year honors four times and has taken two teams to the national tournament.More like this story
