Mr. John Keith Waggoner, age 84, of Dacula, GA passed away on Sunday, September 19, 2010. He is survived by his wife of fifty-four years, Christine Waggoner, Dacula, GA; sons, Robert Franklin Waggoner, Duluth, GA and John Joseph Waggoner, Flowery Branch, GA; grandchildren, Ryan Keith Waggoner, Rachel Kristine Waggoner, and Ian Robert Waggoner; sister and brother-in-law, Ruth Ann and Robert Chambers, Ft. Wayne, IN; brother and sister-in-law, Bill and Jane Waggoner, Indianapolis, IN and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Mr. Waggoner was born May 8, 1926 in Kokomo, IN. He was a 1942 graduate of Northside High School in Ft. Wayne, IN, attended Kenyon College in Gambier, OH and was a 1959 graduate of Indiana University where he received his Law Degree. He was an Army veteran of World War II and the Korean Conflict and was the recipient of three Purple Hearts. He was a retired attorney from Lincoln National Life Insurance Co. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Flowery Branch in Flowery Branch, GA. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, September 23, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home with Rev. Chuck Nations officiating. Interment will follow at Broadlawn Memorial Gardens in Buford, GA with military honors. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Flowers will be accepted or memorial donations may be made to the First Baptist Church in Flowery Branch in memory of John K.
