Mr. Richard Allbright, age 88, of Buford, GA passed away on Sunday, August 29, 2010. He was preceded in death by his wife, Martha Hannah Allbright. He is survived by his daughter, Cheryle Dianne Krotz, Commerce, GA; sons and daughters-in-law, Rick and Brenda Allbright, Flowery Branch, GA, Steve and Patsy Allbright, Flowery Branch, GA, Ray and Della Allbright, Horne Lake, MS, and Mickey Street, Portland, TN; twelve grandchildren; six great grandchildren; two step grandchildren; step children, Lanny and Jody Carlyle, Buford, GA, Hanna and Dale Jones, Flowery Branch, GA and Connie Headrick, Gainesville, GA. Mr. Allbright was born March 30, 1922 in Ft. Payne, AL. He was a 1941 graduate of Sugar Hill School in Sugar Hill, GA. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He was a retired construction worker. He was a musician and played the steel guitar. He was a member of Antioch Baptist Church in Buford, GA. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, September 1, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home with Rev. Jimmy Glaze officiating. Interment will follow at Hillcrest Cemetery in Buford, GA with military honors. Arrangements by: Junior E.
