NORCROSS — An international company that recently relocated its Southeast headquarters and distribution operations to Norcross held a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Friday, the Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce announced.
Maxzone, a subsidiary of DEPO Auto Parts, purchased more than 200,000 square feet of warehouse and office space, investing nearly $10 million in Gwinnett and bringing 30 new jobs over the next year, according to a news release. The new facility is located at 6575 Jimmy Carter Blvd. in Norcross. Locating from west Atlanta, Maxzone chose Gwinnett and the city of Norcross for their convenience to major roadways for national transport connectivity, the news release states. Maxzone retail channels will pick up their products with shorter driving distance, and easier access. Named one of Taiwan’s top 20 brands in 2010, Maxzone Auto Parts distributes auto headlights as the main line of business and showcases additional auto parts as well. The expansion allows Maxzone to increase the warehouse capacity for new products and existing products from warehouses in Illinois, New Jersey and California.More like this story
