Gwinnett Daily Post
LAWRENCEVILLE — Gwinnett Medical Center headlined a handful of Gwinnett companies named to Atlanta Business Chronicle’s recent listing of the metro area’s “Best Places to Work.”
GMC, which has been in Lawrenceville since 1946, was voted No. 4 in the “Large Companies” category. Rankings are based on employee surveys.
“The best part of recognition from the Atlanta Business Chronicle is that it reflects how the people that work here feel about our great system,” GMC CEO Phil Wolfe said. “Now all of metro Atlanta knows what GMC associates have known for years.”
The only three Atlanta-area businesses beating out GMC were Keller Williams Realty, Marriott International and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Sage, a Lawrenceville-based accounting and business management software developer, also made an appearance in the large company category at No. 10.
Three Gwinnett businesses also showed up on the “medium company” category, with another checking in among small companies.
Wells Real Estate Funds in Norcross (No. 7), Duke Realty Corporation in Duluth (No. 11) and Pond & Co. in Norcross (No. 19) were medium companies included. Insight Sourcing Group in Norcross came in at No. 12 among small companies.
