Patrick Malone is right on foreign aid. It is a complete waste. Democrats started it (Truman in 1948 or so) and Republicans are stupid to support it, as almost all do. Ron Paul has never voted for a penny of foreign aid, neither did Larry McDonald before he was murdered by the Soviet Union in 1983. They knew the Constitution.
