Ruth Elder Yancey, age 74 of Lawrenceville, GA passed away Friday, May 28, 2010. Funeral Services will be held 2:30 PM, Sunday, May 30, 2010 in the Lawrenceville Chapel of Tim Stewart Funeral Home with Chris Yancey, Rodney Hall and Kenneth Faulkenbury officiating. Burial Rehoboth Baptist Church Cemetery, Tucker, GA. A loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother who loved her family very much, Mrs. Yancey was a member of Sanctuary Baptist Church in Loganville, GA. She is survived by: Husband: Marshall Yancey; Children: Dennis & Marsha Morris, all of Lawrenceville, GA; Nathan & Rhonda McCoy, Rutledge, GA; Grandchildren: Jason & Leah Law, Auburn, GA; Robbie & Brooke McCoy, Josh McCoy, all of Rutledge, GA; Great Grandchildren: Kali & Tiara Rogers, Winston & Gracie Law, all of Auburn, GA; Skylar & Colt McCoy, Rutledge, GA.
