Mountain View players make all-region
Two Mountain View baseball players were honored this week by the Region 8-AAA coaches. Garry Gwaltney made the all-region team while Jacob Bowers was an honorable mention selection.
Dacula to hold golf tourney fundraiser
Dacula football will host a fundraiser golf tournament with help from Zaxby's on June 14 at Northwood Country Club. Shotgun start is at 9 a.m. For more information, call 770-833-0570.
Brookwood to host 5K run/walk fundraiser
The Brookwood High School football program will host its Broncos Stampede on June 12 at 9 a.m. Cost is $20 before June 4 or $25 after. For more information, e-mail to a.o.d@att.net
