BUFORD -- Police arrested a Dacula man this week on charges he exposed himself in a Target retailer near the Mall of Georgia.
Ernest James Miles Jr., 35, is charged with public indecency in the Wednesday afternoon incident at the 3205 Woodward Crossing Blvd. store.
A female shopper told police she witnessed Miles masturbating in the boys clothing section, according to an arrest warrant.
Gwinnett police arrested Miles without incident on the misdemeanor charge. He posted $2,400 bond Friday and was released from the Gwinnett County Jail.
