Checkers moving into mall food court

BUFORD — The double drive-through restaurant chain Checkers is now serving its signature burger and fries to Mall of Georgia shoppers.

The fast food restaurant is franchisee Daniel Wang's second restaurant inside the mall. He has owned and operated Great Steak & Potato for the past ten years.

"When the Mall of Georgia asked me if I was interested in opening a second restaurant in the food court, the decision to open a Checkers was an easy choice," Wang said. "I think shoppers will be really pleased with our great tasting, fresh food, affordable menu and quality customer service."
