LILBURN -- Berkmar rallied twice, scoring three runs in the seventh and another in the eighth, to nip Tucker 8-7 in extra innings on Thursday.
Yeralin Sanchez allowed only one run in three innings and got the win in relief. He scored the deciding run on a bases-loaded infield fly when the throw sailed over the catcher's head.
Dreyvis Perez started and pitched five innings. He struck out five and only one of his six runs were earned. Perez was 1-for-4 and drove in four runs, including three on a bases-loaded triple in the seventh that forced extra innings.
Shane Pitts also went 2-for-3 with an RBI for the Patriots (2-6).
Parkview 7, Collins Hill 4
LILBURN -- Matt Olson hit a pair of homers and Jesse Foster added another as Parkview beat Collins Hill 7-4. Olson was 2-for-3 with three RBIs and Foster was 1-for-4 with two RBIs. Kenny Miller was 3-for-4 with two runs and Brandon Kregel was 1-for-3 with a double and an RBI. The Panthers (8-1) got a strong pitching effort from starter and winner Zack Reinstein (2-0), who allowed three hits and struck out four in 41/3 innings. Jack Esmonde pitched the last two innings and struck out two to earn his second save.
Killian Hill sweeps Grace
LILBURN -- Killian Christian allowed no hits in two abbreviated games, whipping Grace Christian 15-0 in three innings and 15-0 in four innings.
Jeffery Lanier (3-0) struck out six in the first game and went 2-for-2 with an RBI. Kyle Bailey was 3-for-3 with four RBIs, Clay Watson was 2-for-2 with three RBIs, and Alex Atteberry had two hits, including a triple.
Bailey (3-1) struck out eight in three innings and went 4-for-4 with three triples and six RBIs. Austin Parks pitched the final inning a struck out two; he also went 3-for-3 with a double and two RBIs. Adam Maeland and Atteberry both added two hits and two RBIs for the Cougars (6-1, 6-0).
Norcross 3, Grayson 2
NORCROSS -- Norcross senior Carl Van Beber pitched the final inning to earn the victory and scored the winning run in a 3-2 win over Grayson. Van Beber reached on an error and scored when Will Paschal ripped a two-out triple in the bottom of the seventh. Miguel Guzman, Tanner Maloof, Andrew Prater, Alejandro Muniz and Van Beber all got hits for the Blue Devils (5-2). Mitch Crutchfield was the hard-luck loser for Grayson.
Westminster 9, Providence 3
LILBURN -- Providence Christian's Christin Stewart was 2-for-3 with a run and an RBI, but the Stars lost a 9-3 decision to Westminster. Kevin Dodson added a double and scored a run for Providence (4-4). David Pence was the losing pitcher, allowing two earned runs in three innings, and Patrick Smith threw four strong innings.
Central Gwinnett 5, East Hall 0
LAWRENCEVILLE -- Brandon White pitched a three-hit shutout to lead Central Gwinnett to a 5-0 win over East Hall. White (3-0) struck out four in the complete-game effort. Central had only two hits, but made them count. Phillip Bates blasted a three-run homer and Casey Shaddix had a single and scored a run.
Hebron Christian 15, Towns County 0
DACULA -- Hebron Christian needed only three innings to close the deal in a 15-0 victory over Towns County. The Lions (11-1, 4-0) were led by Jordan Hillyer, who was 3-for-3 with a triple and six RBIs, and Hunter Carroll, who was 2-for-3 with two doubles and three RBIs. The offense made things easy for pitcher Jamie Holt (2-0), who struck out three in the abbreviated shutout.
Duluth 2, Habersham Central 2
CORNELIA -- Duluth improved its record to 6-2-1 with a 2-2 tie at Habersham Central. Tamaya Tampoe scored on an assist from Rebekka Cancino and Erin Falk scored on a penalty kick.
Peachtree Ridge 4, Collins Hill 1
LAWRENCEVILLE -- The Peachtree Ridge girls tennis team remained undefeated Thursday with a 4-1 victory over Collins Hill at the Collins Hill Athletic Club.
The Lions (6-0, 5-0) picked up single victories from Jessica Northcutt and Abby Owens. Also victorious were the doubles teams of Rachel Anderson and Taylor Cohen, and Erin Mills and Charlotte Greenwood.
Collins Hill (5-6, 1-3) got its lone win from Emily Flood.
North Gwinnett 3, Duluth 2
SUWANEE -- Duluth won the two first singles matches, but North Gwinnett swept the remaining matches to take a 3-2 victory.
North Gwinnett (5-2, 5-0) got doubles wins from the teams of Caitlin Nadeau and Katie McRee, and Charlotte Richardson and Nicole Orzech. The Bulldogs got their lone singles win from Anna Leigh Easterling.
Duluth's wins came from No. 1 singles Amryn Soldier and No. 2 singles Phoebe Chiem.
Grayson 5, Central Gwinnett 0
LOGANVILLE -- The Rams (10-0, 7-0) remained unbeaten both overall and in Region 8-AAAAA with a home sweep of the Black Knights on Thursday.
Courtney Williams, Sharon Kim and Alexis Lee won the singles matches, while the teams of Holly Craig and Caitlin Smith and Heather Renwick and Kristy Cheesman picked up victories in the doubles matches.
GAC 4, Johns Creek 1
NORCROSS -- The Spartans (4-2) swept through the singles matches with victories by Morgan Winston at No. 1, Jessica Tuggle at No. 2 and Melissa Puntkattalee at No. 3 to defeat the Gladiators at home Thursday. Jacqueline Tate and Rachel Gray also won at No. 1 doubles for GAC.
Dacula 4, Shiloh 1
SNELLVILLE -- Dacula overpowered Shiloh 4-1, posting a pair of wins in singles and doubles. The Falcons got singles victories from Mariel Herrera and Shannon Slovensky, and got doubles wins from the teams of Stephanie Weeden and Mary Moore, and Elizabeth Bennett and Abby Crowe.

NORCROSS -- St. Francis had a little too much for Providence Christian, beating the Stars 3-2 in a match played at Hudlow Tennis Center. Providence got a win from Madison DeMoss in singles and from the doubles team of Abby Mazza and Katherine Harris.

HOSCHTON -- Mill Creek had a big afternoon and swept South Forsyth 5-0. Winning singles for the Hawks were Kristy Yau, Michelle Yau and Mallory Kolts. Scoring doubles wins were the teams of Stacy Mottesheard and Nela Handak, and Kailey Stevens and Lauren Atkinson.
Norcross 3, Northview 2
DULUTH -- Norcross rode its strength in singles a 3-2 victory at Northview. Cameron Williams, Nicole Northrup and Katherine Yost each won their match for the Blue Devils (8-2, 4-2).
Peachtree Ridge 3, Collins Hill 2
SUWANEE -- Peachtree Ridge outlasted Collins Hill 3-2 at the Collins Hill Athletic Club, winning two singles and one doubles match. The Lions (4-2, 3-2) got singles victories from Eric Caltabiano and James Kim and from the doubles team of Hunter Tomlinson and David Wang. Collins Hill (5-6, 1-4) got a win from Chris Clark and from the team of Tyler Anderson and Tyler Kallgren.
South Gwinnett 3, Berkmar 2
LILBURN -- South Gwinnett swept the singles matches to beat Berkmar 3-2 at Mountain Park. Winning for the Comets were Chad Reed, Andrew Pridgen and Emirami Pepe.

GRAYSON -- Grayson improved its record to 6-4 with a 3-2 home win over Central Gwinnett. Scott Eldridge and Alex Schwab won their singles matches and the Rams got the clincher when the No. 1 doubles team of Tommy Lee and Mike Burns were victorious.
North Gwinnett 4, Duluth 1
DULUTH -- Steven Bradley and Kyle Kinsler scored wins at the top singles slots to lead North Gwinnett to a 4-1 win over Duluth. Also winning for the Bulldogs (5-2, 4-1) were the teams of Taylor Buchholz and Mark Hardy, and Jose Lomba and Preston Rudmose. Duluth's only victory came from Quatez Lowe.

NORCROSS -- Parkview made short work of Meadowcreek, sweeping its way to a 5-0 win. Nabbing singles victories were Wesley Mendoza, Luke McDonald and Nathan Gravlee. Doubles wins came from Tim Levengood and Patrick Massey, and Sunny Tran and Jonathan Benken.

DULUTH -- Ellyn Kievet shot a 47 and Kelsey Wright added a 62 to help North Gwinnett beat Norcross 109-119 in a dual meet played at Berkeley Hills Country Club. Andrea Howard of Norcross signed for a career-best 58.
Archer rolls over Mountain View
DACULA -- Rachel Simonton shot a 58 and Taylor Albritton posted a 61 to lead Archer to a 119-130 victory over Mountain View in a dual meet played at the Trophy Club of Apalachee. Kaylee Hennlley paced Mountain View with a 61.

LAWRENCEVILLE -- Morgan Johnston shot a 46 to lift Providence Christian to a 96-99 win over Hebron Christian in a dual meet played at Northwood Country Club. Darby Gentry shot a 47 to pace Hebron.

DULUTH -- Duluth's Ali Cole had three goals in a losing effort, as Grayson beat the Wildcats 7-5. Ajahna Grosvenor and Linley Davis also scored for Duluth, which had seven groundballs from Amy Nicholas.
