It's a Las Vegas-style event that combines club comedy with big band music in not one but two nights of entertainment.
The Aurora Theatre's Funny Fridays comedy meets the music of the Lawrenceville venue's Swing Nights in LawrenceVegas, a two-night event that will pay tribute to the Rat Pack era.
Comedian Big Kenny, a member of Atlanta's Blacktop Improv, will host and perform both Friday and Saturday. Musical entertainment will be provided by the 17-piece band The Metro Jazz Club accompanied by vocalists Maxine Cummins and Russell Rhodes.
Shows will start at 8 p.m. and tickets are $25. Reservations for LawrenceVegas are recommended and can be made by calling the Aurora Theatre Box Office at 678-226-6222. For more information, visit www.auroratheatre.com.
