LAWRENCEVILLE -- A federal judge is expected to issue a ruling soon in the final of Gwinnett's trash plan lawsuits.
While officials are expected to implement next a new trash plan created to settle three lawsuits, a judge heard testimony in a suit where another trash hauler said the settlement denied any companies not involved in the settlement from participating in servicing the county.
County Chief Financial Officer Aaron Bovos testified at the hearing, but the judge did not issue his ruling immediately, officials said.
