Jonathan Roberts and Meredith Jollay
Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Leonard Jollay of Lilburn announce the engagement of their daughter, Meredith Kathryn Jollay to Jonathan David Roberts, son of Mr. and Mrs. James Leon Roberts III of Blackshear.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mrs. Lemuel Arthur Tolleson Jr. of Tallapoosa, the late Lemuel Arthur Tolleson Jr., Oscar Lloyd Jollay of Atlanta and the late Margaret O. Jollay. She is a graduate of Parkview High School and a graduate of the University of Georgia, where she received her bachelor’s degree in journalism, with an emphasis in advertising and a bachelor’s degree in family and consumer science with an emphasis in consumer journalism.
The future groom is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Arthur E. Flanders and the late Mr. and Mrs. James Leon Roberts Jr. He is a graduate of Pierce County High School and an honor graduate of the University of Georgia, where he received a bachelor’s degree in engineering with an emphasis in structural engineering. He is the owner of Roberts Civil Engineering on St. Simons Island.
The wedding is planned for July at Smoke Rise Baptist Church in Stone Mountain.
