CARL -- A German plastics manufacturer is relocating its Georgia plant from Doraville to Barrow County after outgrowing its facility.
Schutz Containers Systems will move the plant sometime next year, bringing up to 300 jobs to the county within five years. The company is expected to start building the nearly 600,000-square-foot Carl facility in a few months.
The plant makes plastic bulk containers.
