ATLANTA — Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta has named a new vice president for strategic planning.
After a nationwide search, CHOA, one of the nation’s top pediatric health care systems, has named Jeffrey Kilpatrick into the position that helps oversee the development and implementation of company-wide strategy.
“We could not be more pleased that Kilpatrick has decided to join the Children’s family,” said Linda Matzigkeit, CHOA’s senior vice president for strategic planning and human resources.
“We look forward to his innovative approach to operations and strategy that will sure aid in the continual growth of Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta as the Southeast’s premier pediatric health care provider.”
Kilpatrick, with two master’s degrees from the University of Michigan, comes to Atlanta from Northwestern Memorial Healthcare in Chicago, where he led system-wide planning initiatives in collaboration with the medical school and physician leaders.
