Virginia Adams age 75 of Winder, passed away Tuesday July 13, 2010 from an extended illness. Funeral Service will be held 3 PM Friday, July 16, 2010 in the Lawrenceville Chapel of Tim Stewart Funeral Home with Rev. Gerald Hudlow and Rev. Joe Harrington officiating. Burial Lebanon Baptist Church Cemetery, Lawrenceville. Mrs. Adams was a member of Lebanon Baptist Church, she was retired from Scientific Atlanta. Mrs. Adams was preceded in death by her husband George L. Adams in 1989. She is survived by her Children: Wanda Young, Winder, David & Pam Adams, Sugar Hill. Sisters: Annette Haney, Bishop; Elizabeth Watkins, Conyers; Lucille Schubert, Tucker. Grandchildren: Marcia Bavier, Winder; Jessica Zavala, Monroe, NC; Christy Young, Winder; Chad Adams, Norfolk, VA. Great Grandchildren: Robert Bavier , Nathaniel Phillips, Jorge Zavala, Tiffany Zavala, Jordan Young, Tanner Phillips; several Nieces and Nephews. Family will receive friends 10 AM-9 PM Thursday, July 15, 2010 at Tim Stewart Funeral Home, 300 Simonton Road, SW, Lawrenceville, GA. 30046. 770-962-3100.
