Frances C. Koutras, 84, of Lilburn passed away Sunday, July 11, 2010. She was preceded in death by her son, Jimmy Koutras, and daughter, Mimi Koutras Farr. She is survived by son and daughter-in-law; Mike and Dianne Koutras, of Lawrenceville; daughter-in-law, Linda Koutras, of Grayson; sister, Alice Young, of Stone Mountain; grandchildren, Melanie (David) Thompson, of Lawrenceville, Michele K. (Paolo) Pegorari, of Spartanburg, SC, Jimmy (Deanna) Koutras, of Loganville, Windy (Kevin) Street, of Oxford; six great grandchildren, Trey, Morgan, Sarah, Alexander, Charles, and Adain. Frances was born on August 18, 1925 in Chattanooga, TN. She was a consultant for Mary Kay Cosmetics, and an active member of Norcross First United Methodist Church. She loved her children and grandchildren dearly. A Memorial Service Celebrating the life of Frances C. Koutras will be held Wednesday, July 14, 2010 at 2PM at Norcross First United Methodist Church, with Pastor Terry Fleming officiating.
