LILBURN -- Students, teachers and business leaders are working together to showcase the community in the second Greater Lilburn Business Expo.
Mayor Diana Preston, who is a co-director of the event, said organizers are expecting a sellout.
More than 100 exhibitors have signed up for the expo, which will be held from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. Thursday at the Berkmar High School gym, located at 405 Pleasant Hill Road.
Admission is free, and fliers have been distributed to area schools and businesses inviting families to the event.
"The Lilburn Business Expo provides an excellent opportunity for local business to network among themselves as well as with the public," said Kim King, a co-director. "I am very excited with the enthusiasm that the local business owners have shown in signing up and the door prizes they are giving away are great."
