LILBURN -- One Berkmar High School student was taken to the hospital and another was arrested after a fight Friday in the school's commons area, a school district spokeswoman said.
The fight involved two male students, spokeswoman Sloan Roach said. No identifying information, including the grade levels of the students, was available Friday afternoon.
Roach said one student was transported to the hospital for examination, but she did not know the extent of his injuries.
The other student was taken into custody by a school resource officer, Roach said.
No further information was immediately available.
